Join Lindsey for a Charity Yoga session on Sunday 3rd September at 9.30am in celebration of the fabulous Love Felixstowe. 

• Meet in front of Fludyers Hotel for about an hour of practice.

• Wear layers and sunscreen.  (they will be there rain or shine so dress accordingly!)

• Bring a mat or towel to practice on and water to drink. 

• Pay a donation - all proceeds to go to Level Two Youth Project which promotes the welfare of young people in Felixstowe and the surrounding areas.

All levels, all ages, all abilities welcome. If you struggle to get up and down, bring a deck chair!
